The Business Administration and Accountancy Student Council proudly celebrates Mr. Al-Azerbaijan F. Usman, our Chief Minister, for representing the voice and potential of Filipino youth at the ASEAN Youth Summit on Digital Resilience and Responsible Use of New Technologies in Manila.

Bringing together young leaders, policymakers, and various stakeholders across the region, the summit highlights the importance of digital resilience, responsible technology use, online safety, ethical digital governance, and meaningful youth participation.
