The event opened with an inspirational message from ๐ซ๐. ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฎ. ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐, CEEMSOโs Senior Adviser. Although she could not attend personally, her message was delivered through CEEMSOโs Vice President External, ๐ด๐. ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ. ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐. In her words, CEEMSOโs efforts over the years have always been rooted in service: to help and give students meaningful experiences. She encouraged the Grade 7 students to โ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ก ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ข๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ก ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ค๐๐ฆ ๐ก๐ ๐๐ข๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐๐, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.โ She also expressed her gratitude to MSIA for welcoming CEEMSO and to the officers who worked hard to bring the activity to life.
Afterward, ๐ด๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ. ๐ช๐๐๐๐, an MSIA teacher and alumna of the College of Education, gave a short but heartfelt discussion. She spoke about ๐คโ๐ฆ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ โ๐๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐, ๐๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐๐๐, and even shared a reminder from ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ข๐ต๐ถ๐ญ ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฒ, which calls believers to read and seek knowledge.
The highlight of the program was the ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ, featuring three stories: two multimedia presentations and one live narration with illustrations prepared by CEEMSO members. ๐ด๐. ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐ ๐ท. ๐จ๐๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ โ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฐ๐ข,โ the story of a young boy finding hope through drawing after the Marawi siege. ๐ด๐. ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด. ๐ณ๐๐๐๐ presented โ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ก ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ,โ which followed a girl adjusting to life in Cebu and the challenge of being in a new place. ๐ด๐. ๐จ๐๐๐๐ ๐จ. ๐ซ๐๐๐, another CEEMSO member, introduced โ๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฆ,โ a lighthearted story about two mischievous boys whose antics bring laughter to their community. Each presenter had their own way of keeping the learners engaged, and the students responded with enthusiasm, answering questions and sharing their thoughts.
The energy continued as CEEMSO opened ๐ ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ก๐ข๐๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ง๐๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฌ. The activities were designed to make reading feel fun and approachable, and the learners participated with excitement and laughter.
Before ending, CEEMSO ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐ค๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ to the Grade 7 students as a small gesture of gratitude and encouragement. In her closing message, ๐ด๐. ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ป. ๐ท๐๐๐
