Graduates of the Master in Business Administration (MBA) program were formally hooded on July 30, 2026, during a ceremony and tribute held at the Social Hall, Department of Public Administration, College of Public Affairs, Mindanao State University-Main Campus. The event were organized by the College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA) Graduate Studies Program for its graduating Class of 2026.

Dr. Aldrich June B. Caraecle, REA, REB, Graduate Program Coordinator of the Marketing Department, opened the program, followed by a message of support from College Dean Dr. Imara C. Andam, CPA. Guest speaker Dr. Alma E. Berowa, former Vice President for Academic Affairs and Academic Consultant of the MSU System, addressed the graduates upon introduction by Dr. Sonaya D. Guimba, Graduate Program Coordinator of the Management Department.

Following the hooding ceremony, the program recognized the batch's outstanding thesis and gave way to messages of gratitude from the graduates and their parents. Mr. Abdullah B. Macatbar, Faculty of the Marketing Department, performed a serenade ahead of closing remarks from Prof. Norol-Janah S. Goling, CPA, Graduate Program Coordinator of the Accountancy Department.

The Graduate Studies Program extends its congratulations to the MBA Class of 2026 on the completion of this milestone as a reflection of dedication, discipline, and academic excellence achieved with the steadfast support of family and mentors.

The second batch of the Graduate Research Seminar, held last May 22, 2026, successfully featured 13 graduate student presenters who shared their research studies.

The morning session was conducted face-to-face at Room 101, Empire Building, fostering engaging discussions and collaborative learning among participants. In the afternoon, the seminar continued online, allowing for broader participation and continued exchange of ideas.

The seminar served as a valuable platform for presenting research outputs, receiving constructive feedback, and strengthening the culture of research and scholarly engagement among graduate students.
