📣 ANNOUNCEMENT: DISTRIBUTION OF IE ACCOUNT PASSWORDS FOR FRESHMEN

Attention, DIS Freshmen! 💙

To assist you with your scholarship applications and other university requirements, the distribution of your Institutional Email (IE) account passwords will begin tomorrow!

📍 Where to Claim: DIS Student Council Office

🗓️ When: Starting tomorrow (during office hours / when an officer is on duty)

📌 Important Reminders:

Individual Claiming: Passwords must be requested and claimed one-by-one in person at the office. The master list will not be posted or sent online for security and privacy reasons.

On-Site Assistance: Officers will be present to guide you step-by-step in logging in and accessing your IE account.

Password Change: You are highly encouraged to change your password immediately after receiving it.

Attention, DIS OJT Students! 👋

Please be informed that students currently taking OJT are still required to pay the ₱400 Department Fee.

However, ₱300 of the fee is refundable upon presenting a valid Certificate of Registration (COR) indicating your OJT enrollment.

Note: ₱100 is for Department Membership Fee

Please make sure to bring your COR as proof of OJT enrollment when processing your refund.
