The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development (OVCPD), headed by Dr. Oding L. Ma-amor, JD, convened a meeting to discuss its organizational structure, focusing on both the existing structure and the proposed divisions to be established. The meeting aimed to strengthen the office's organizational framework by creating the necessary divisions that will formally institutionalize and enhance OVCPD as a fully functional office, capable of effectively carrying out its planning, development, monitoring, and coordination mandates.

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development (OVCPD), headed by Dr. Oding L. Ma-amor, JD, together with the members of V5– Dir. Rasid Salic, Dir. Sadruddin Muti, Dir. Naga Sangcopan, and Dir. Ihsan Amanoddin—had the privilege of welcoming Engr. Ronnie Leguro Aperocho, MBA, P*E, ACPE, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of MERALCO, upon his arrival yesterday.

His visit as the distinguished guest speaker for the University’s commencement exercises was a meaningful opportunity for the MSU community. We express our heartfelt gratitude for his time, wisdom, and inspiring words shared with the graduating class of Batch Rinayag. His presence and insights made this milestone even more memorable as our graduates embark on a new chapter of their journey.
