The 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝗜𝗗𝗦 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 Seminar Program was successfully conducted at the 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺, 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆. The event brought together 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 to strengthen 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗜𝗗𝗦. Participants engaged in educational lectures and discussions led by distinguished speakers, emphasizing accurate 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲, 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜𝗗𝗦 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲.

The seminar was highlighted by the insights of distinguished speakers:

• 𝐌𝐫. 𝐄𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐌. 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐭𝐚 𝐉𝐫., who served as a guest 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿, supporting the advocacy through his participation and engagement

✨ The event also offered 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, providing attendees with essential health services in a safe and confidential environment, promoting proactive health-seeking behavior among the youth and community members.

To enhance the experience, 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝘀, 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝘀 Cloud Chroma Studio, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝘀 were set up, providing interactive and fun spaces for 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Additionally, a 𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 was conducted, offering participants the chance to win exciting prizes and adding a lively, memorable element to the program.

Organized by 𝐁𝐒𝐍 𝐈𝐈𝐈 – 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐊𝐢𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐩 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐚,𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗽𝗮𝗸 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, the seminar highlighted the community’s dedication to 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮-𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 — 𝐍𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡

The BSN 214.1 students marked the culmination of Nutrifest 2025 on November 18, 2025, held at the PEACI New Building Ground Floor with the theme “Celebrating Wellness Through Smart Food Choices and Healthy Living.”

Nutrition and Diet Therapy Laboratory students showcased their work through booths featuring meals designed for Renal Disease, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, and Gastrointestinal Disorders. Each booth highlighted practical, nutritious dishes that reflected the importance of choosing food that supports good health.

The program opened with an intermission performance, followed by the tasting and evaluation of all prepared meals. Judges assessed each entry based on flavor, presentation, and nutritional value. Faculty members and students also visited the booths, showing their support and appreciation for the teams’ efforts.

Nutrifest 2025 served as a reminder that wellness begins with everyday choices. The activity brought together learning, creativity, and teamwork, encouraging everyone to practice healthier habits.

Yesterday, 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 16, 2025, the 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐱, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐢 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 witnessed an important moment for the PEACI–College of Nursing as 67 candidates received their caps and badges in the 2nd Capping, Badge Investiture, and Candle Lighting Ceremony. The gathering was solemn and meaningful, honoring the journey of Batch Sandiwa as they move closer to their role as future nurses.

The ceremony served as a reminder of what the nursing profession stands for—service with dignity, compassion in every action, and strength of character in times of challenge. Each cap placed on the candidates symbolized their readiness to uphold these values and their commitment to the calling they have chosen.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to 𝗠𝗿. 𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗩. 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻, 𝗠𝗔𝗡, 𝗥𝗡, President and CEO of Aim To Top Review Center Philippines, for sharing an encouraging message that added depth and inspiration to the event. The word “𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐰𝐚” — short for “Isang Diwa” and “Iisang Diwa”, meaning “one in spirit, one in heart” — This perfectly captures the essence of tomorrow’s ceremony. They have walked different paths, faced different trials, and carried their own burdens. Yet here they are, bound together by one shared purpose: 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚, 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚.

𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗜 𝗕𝗟𝗦 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 – 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟰 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆

On October 23, 2025, the Level II and Level III Nursing Students of the Philippine Engineering and Agro-Industrial College Inc. (PEACI) – College of Nursing, successfully concluded their Basic Life Support (BLS) Training held at the IPDM Convergence Hall, Marawi City.

The final day began with the return demonstration of Group 3, showcasing their competency in performing life-saving procedures such as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and rescue breathing, guided by the dedicated trainers from Amai Pakpak Medical Center (APMC).

Following the demonstrations, participants took the post-test to assess their knowledge, followed by a synthesis led by Ms. Cherry Ann Orejas, RN, MSN(c), and valuable feedback from the APMC trainers. The event also featured a lively intermission number from the students, adding a touch of camaraderie and joy to the program.

To express appreciation, certificates of recognition were awarded to the APMC trainers for their commitment and contribution throughout the training. The program was officially concluded with closing remarks from Mr. Jihad Sharief, RN, MSE(c), followed by photo opportunities capturing moments of learning and achievement.

As the four-day BLS Training comes to an end, the PEACI nursing students stand more equipped, more confident, and more dedicated to uphold the values of compassion, competence, and readiness in the service of others.

𝐁𝐒 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

The PEACI - College of Nursing’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program has officially been granted Government Recognition (GR) from the Ministry of Basic, Higher, and Tertiary Education (MBHTE) with GR # 15-50-020 series of 2025. This award was received by the School Administrator Dr. Abdulhaq R. Ditucalan, CON Dean Prof. Shanie R. Gampong, and CON Secretary Prof. Jihad U. Sharief which was awarded by the MBHTE’s Director General for Higher Education Hon. Marjuni M. Maddi at The Farm Grill in Marawi City on October 22, 2025.

This recognition was awarded after the CON’s application and was followed by extensive monitoring and evaluation by the MBHTE’s M&E Team held last June 15, 2025 wherein the college officials has presented the status of the program throughout the 9 Areas of evaluation focusing on administration, instruction and extension.

The BSN Program first operated last 2023 under the College of Nursing and has since accepted a total of 200+ BS Nursing students. At present, the CON is operating with 8 full-time faculty members, 18 part-time lecturers, 6 part-time Clinical Instructors, and 112 students from Level I to Level III and has been affiliated with multiple hospitals/medical centers.

The Basic Life Support (BLS) Training enters Day 3 today, October 22, 2025, at the Science Lecture Hall (SLH), Mindanao State University, featuring the Return Demonstration of Group 2, composed of 37 participants from Level II and Level III Nursing Students of the Philippine Engineering and Agro-Industrial College Inc. (PEACI) – College of Nursing.

Guided by the dedicated trainers from Amai Pakpak Medical Center (APMC), participants continue to refine their mastery of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), rescue breathing, and other essential emergency response techniques. Each demonstration reflects their growing competence, discipline, and readiness to perform under pressure.

This day’s session stands as another testament to the commitment of PEACI nursing students to excellence in both skill and spirit — embodying compassion, competence, and confidence as they prepare to serve in the frontlines of healthcare. 🩺💙
