On 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the seventh team of Social Work Interns was deployed to the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻, 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗿, marking another important step in their field instruction journey.

This deployment provides our interns with an opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in an actual community setting, gain meaningful field experience, and further develop their competence and professionalism as future social workers.

May this journey be filled with valuable learning, meaningful experiences, and opportunities to serve the community while upholding the values of the Social Work profession.

SECOND DEPLOYMENT | BATCH HIRAYA

The Social Work Department of Mindanao Institute of Technology, Inc. (MIT) proudly continues the deployment of its Social Work Interns for Batch HIRAYA.

Following the first deployment, the second team of Social Work Interns has been deployed to the Municipality of Pantar, Lanao del Norte, where they will gain valuable field experience through their assigned social work-related activities within the local government setting.

This deployment provides our interns with an opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills they have gained in the classroom while learning from actual community and professional experiences.

As they begin this new chapter of their field instruction, may they continue to uphold professionalism, responsibility, compassion, and commitment to the Social Work profession.

FIRST DEPLOYMENT | BATCH HIRAYA

The Social Work Department of Mindanao Institute of Technology, Inc. (MIT) proudly marks the first deployment of its Social Work Interns for Batch HIRAYA.

Leading the first deployment, our interns were assigned to the Office of MP Rasol Y. Mitmug, Jr. under the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA), where they will begin their field instruction and gain valuable experience in a professional setting.

This marks the beginning of Team MP-RAS—a team of Social Work students ready to learn, serve, and grow through meaningful field experiences.

As they take this important step in their Social Work journey, may they continue to uphold the values, knowledge, and skills of the profession while making their internship a meaningful opportunity for learning and service.

With sincere gratitude to Allah, every success begins with His mercy and guidance.

A memorable chapter has come to a meaningful close as the Social Work Interns of Mindanao Institute of Technology, Inc. (MIT – Marawi) successfully concluded their practicum through the Exit Culmination Program held on July 20, 2026.

This occasion marks not only the completion of their field placement but also the beginning of a greater commitment to serve with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. Throughout their practicum, the interns were given the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in real-life social work settings while gaining invaluable experiences that shaped them into more competent future professionals.

We express our deepest appreciation to MSWDO Baloi, LGU Balo-i, under the leadership of Hon. Madid Elias Lope Ali, together with our Agency Supervisor, Muawanah S. Ambor, RSW, MSWDO Officer, for their guidance, trust, and dedication in mentoring our interns throughout their field instruction.

Our heartfelt thanks are also extended to MSSD Ramain, headed by Hon. Ansaruddin Alonto Adiong, for opening their doors and providing a nurturing environment where learning, service, and professional growth flourished.
