Ito ang layunin ng pagtatatag ng Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMCen) Satellite Laboratories, na pormal na sinimulan sa pamamagitan ng Soft Launching at Ceremonial Signing ng DOST Metals Industry Research and Development Center (DOST MIRDC), City of Malabon Polytechnic Institute (CMPI), Marikina Polytechnic College (MPC), at Quezon City University QCU (QCU) noong Agosto 6, 2026 sa ALERT Multipurpose Center, Valenzuela City, bilang bahagi ng 2026 RSTW in the NCR.

Sa pamamagitan ng mga satellite laboratories, mas mapapalawak ang access ng mga mag-aaral, researchers, innovators, at taga-industriya saadvanced manufacturing technologies at expertise sa 3D printing, upang suportahan ang product prototyping and/or development, material research and development, at technology validation and/or commercialization.
