Sometimes, the people who seem okay are carrying battles we know nothing about. A simple “Kumusta ka?”, a listening ear, or letting someone know that they matter can make a difference.

This month, let’s choose to listen without judgment, speak with compassion, and reach out to those who may be struggling. Let’s build a community where no one feels ashamed to ask for help and where seeking support is seen as a sign of strength.

You don’t have to have the perfect words. Just being there can mean a lot. 🫂
