๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ โ The Lanao College of Criminology, Inc. (LCCr) successfully held its historic 1st Commencement Exercises on July 15, 2026 (Wednesday). The momentous event brought together graduates, proud families, esteemed faculty, and local leaders to honor the institutionโs pioneer batch of graduates as they officially crossed the stage to receive their hard-earned diplomas.
Anchored on the theme, โLCCr @ 1: Accessible Education Toward Empowered Communities and Sustainable Futures,โ the ceremony highlighted the institution's commitment to delivering inclusive, high-quality education in Masiu.
Gracing the milestone event as the Commencement Speaker was ๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข ๐. ๐๐๐๐๐ข, Director General of the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education - Higher Education (MBHTE-HE). In his inspirational address, DG Maddi highlighted the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao's (BARMM) vision of having at least one college-educated professional in every Bangsamoro familyโa vital step toward fostering sustainable development, lasting peace, and financial stability. He emphasized that becoming productive members of society allows graduates to uplift their families and serve the Maranao community. Challenging the pioneer batch, DG Maddi reminded them that graduation is merely the beginning of their journey, urging them to overcome the next big hurdle on their professional path: passing the board licensure examination.
As LCCr marks the completion of its inaugural academic milestone, the institution reaffirms its unwavering dedication to producing competent, principled, and well-equipped professionals for generations to come.
