All students can now process their clearances for the 1st Semester 2025-2026. Please take note that clearances will no longer be processed by the Accounting Office during enrollment period for the 2nd Semester AY 2025-2026.

| The DOrSU Student Clearance Manual is now available online. This step-by-step manual will guide all undergraduate and graduate students in processing their semestral clearance through the DOrSU Student Portal.

| In view of the series of earthquakes that struck parts of Mindanao, including Davao Oriental, today, October 10, 2025, classes and work are hereby suspended across all campuses of Davao Oriental State University, effective immediately and until further notice.

Everyone is advised to remain calm, stay alert, and observe necessary safety precautions.

NOTICE TO ALL SLE-FHE FIRST YEAR STUDENTS

You are hereby requested to verify your enrollment status through your student dashboard to ensure that you are officially enrolled for the First Semester of Academic Year 2025โ€“2026.

Students who are not yet officially enrolled are advised to visit the Accounting Office at the earliest possible time for proper assistance.

Your cooperation on this matter is highly appreciated.

4. Receive your signed Enrollment Form and proceed to the Registrar.

For Paying Students and those with Repeated or Requested Subjects:
1. Complete Steps 1-4 of the enrollment procedure.
2. Register by scanning the QR code
3. Present Enrollment Form and PRF to Student Assessment.
4. Pay the downpayment to the Cashierโ€™s Office.
5. Present the receipt to Accounting Window 6.
6. Receive your signed Enrollment Form and proceed to the Registrar.
