This afternoon, the dedicated faculty and staff of BTLE at Davao Oriental State University (DORSU) led a dynamic, hands-on workshop focused on crafting effective Tables of Specifications (TOS) for fellow faculty and trainers. Participants delved into best practices for aligning assessments with learning objectives, ensuring balanced coverage of topics, cognitive levels from Bloom's Taxonomy, and fair test item distribution key for Senior High School and TVET programs.

We are deeply grateful for this enriching session, which not only sharpened our skills in instructional design but also fostered collaboration and a shared commitment to elevating teaching excellence at our institution.
