This unit developed and implemented a QR code system to streamline registration and record‑updating for Philippine Army reservists across CALABARZON.

This registration initiative aims to administer reservists more effectively by simplifying the process through Google Forms and ensuring accurate record updates. It reduces the need for repeated visits to Community Defense Centers (CDCs) and Regional Community Defense Groups (RCDGs).

By utilizing QR code technology, reservists can conveniently access registration and update forms. This innovation makes the process more organized, cost‑effective, and user‑friendly, strengthening administrative efficiency across CALABARZON.
