📢 FINAL EXTENSION EXAM SCHEDULE ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

Attention all applicants!

Following the FINAL EXTENSION of application for the Entrance Examination, please be informed of the EXAMINATION SCHEDULE for the last batch of examinees.

Please see the attached photo for the exact date, time and room assigned to you. Make sure to check your exam permit to know your examinee number, as it will be needed on the day of the exam.

The Entrance Examination will be conducted from 8:00AM to 12:00NN and 1:00PM to 5:00PM (4 hours) on May 7, 2026(Thursday).

Applicants are required to arrive 30–45 minutes before the scheduled examination time for proper check-in and instructions.

This is the FINAL schedule following the extension. No further rescheduling will be entertained.

We are granting a FINAL EXTENSION for the submission of applications for entrance examination until April 30, 2026 only.

🔹 For Freshmen Applicants:
• Certified Copy of SHS Card
• GWA: 85 and above

🔹 For Transferees:
• Certified Copy of Grades
• Certified Copy of GWA
• GWA: 2.25 and above

📢 LAST BATCH: ENTRANCE EXAMINATION ANNOUNCEMENT📢

Please be informed that on Tuesday, April 14, classes will follow an adjusted shortened schedule to allow everyone to attend the Blessing of the Multi-Purpose Building at Pambayang Kolehiyo ng Mauban.

The adjusted schedule is as follows:

ORIGINAL ➜ ADJUSTED

•7:00 – 8:30 → 12:15 – 1:00
•8:30 – 10:00 → 1:00 – 1:45
•10:00 – 11:30 → 1:45 – 2:30
•11:30 – 1:00 → 2:30 – 3:15
•1:00 – 2:30 → 3:15 – 4:00
•2:30 – 4:00 → 4:00 – 4:45
•4:00 – 5:30 → 4:45 – 5:30

📌 Additional Note:
Classes originally scheduled for 2 hours will be adjusted to 1 hour, while classes originally scheduled for 3 hours will be adjusted to 1 hour and 30 minutes, in line with the shortened schedule.

Classes starting 5:30 PM onwards will follow the regular schedule.

All students and faculty members are advised to be guided accordingly.

📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY

In observance of the Holy Week and pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006 issued by Malacañang, Pambayang Kolehiyo ng Mauban will suspend all office operations and academic activities on April 2–4, 2026.

In addition, work will be suspended starting 12:00 noon on April 1, 2026, while classes will follow a shortened schedule, pursuant to the directive of the Local Chief Executive.

This period is observed as a time for reflection, prayer, and solemn commemoration.

Regular operations will resume on the next working day.

In observance of Semana Santa 2026 and pursuant to the directive of the Local Chief Executive regarding the declared work suspension until 12:00 noon, classes tomorrow (April 1, 2026) will follow a shortened schedule

📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY

Please be informed that the previously posted adjusted office schedule (4-Day Workweek / Compressed Work Arrangement) is hereby temporarily suspended.

In accordance with the issued memorandum from the Local Government Unit of Mauban, all offices shall resume the regular office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, effective March 30 to April 10, 2026.

Kindly be guided accordingly and plan your transactions within the said schedule.

Please be informed that the previously announced shortened class schedule for tomorrow is hereby CANCELLED, in view of the cancellation of the scheduled Blessing Ceremony of the Multi-Purpose Building.

Accordingly, all classes will follow the regular/original class schedule.
