In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 131 from Malacañang, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in both public and private schools, as well as alternative work arrangements in government offices, shall be implemented in the National Capital Region and listed provinces—including Bulacan—on 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲) due to the risk of flooding and travel hazards caused by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon.

Everyone is advised to exercise caution, prioritize safety, and remain updated through official government announcements. 🌧️
