Hotel Front Desk Check-In & Check-Out Operations Laboratory Activity

Our 2nd Year Tourism students successfully participated in their Hotel Front Desk Check-In and Check-Out Operations Laboratory Activity, where they applied essential hospitality skills in a simulated hotel environment.

This hands-on experience allowed our future tourism professionals to strengthen their communication, customer service, and front office management skills while gaining practical knowledge of standard hotel operations.

Through immersive learning experiences like these, we continue to prepare our students to become competent, confident, and service-oriented professionals ready to excel in the tourism and hospitality industry.

We are also honored by the presence and support of our beloved Dean, Mrs. Ferolyn C. Santiago, whose encouragement continues to inspire our students in their pursuit of excellence.
