We are conducting a pre-survey for our research study entitled "Perceived Influence of Resilience on Employee Retention among Hospitality Management Alumni".

You may participate if you are:
✅ A PCCM Hospitality Management alumnus/alumna
✅ Graduated from 2021–2024
✅ Currently working or previously worked in the hospitality management/industry
✅ Willing to voluntarily participate in the pre-survey

Your participation is completely voluntary. Please read the Informed Consent provided in the survey before proceeding. By continuing, you confirm that you understand the purpose of the study and agree to participate voluntarily.
