Online Student Evaluation of Teachers (oSET) for Midyear / Third Trimester, A.Y. 2025-2026

Students may access the evaluation through their CRS accounts, https://crs.upv.edu.ph/, and accomplish the oSET for each enrolled course and their corresponding instructor/s

Please make sure that you evaluate ALL teachers included in the list that appears in your CRS account. If you believe that there are names that should or should not be included in the list of teachers, please contact your college.

Please be reminded that non-compliance will result in the blocking of grade viewing at the end of the semester/trimester.

NOTE for Colleges and Departments/Divisions: Please finalize the faculty assignment to make sure all faculty members will be evaluated accordingly.

The deadline for filing application for Shifting is on Friday June 19, 2026, re-admission from AWOL/LOA is on July 10, 2026, while the deadline for filing application for re-admission from Dismissal and Permanent Disqualification is on July 31, 2026.
