May 1, observed as Labor Day in the Philippines, is a significant national observance honoring the invaluable contributions of Filipino workers across all sectors. It affirms the dignity of labor and the essential role workers play in driving economic growth, social development, and national progress.

On this day, we recognize the resilience, dedication, and hard work of every Filipino worker—from those in industry and agriculture to professionals, public servants, overseas Filipino workers, and ambulant vendors. Their efforts continue to sustain the nation and uplift communities in the face of evolving challenges.

Labor Day also serves as a reminder of our shared responsibility to uphold workers’ rights, ensure fair wages, promote safe working conditions, and expand inclusive opportunities for all. Meaningful progress depends on a collective commitment from government, employers, and workers to build a just and equitable labor environment.

As we commemorate this occasion, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting and protecting the workforce that remains at the heart of the Philippines’ future. As one of the professors who introduced us to the fundamental concepts and core principles of the field, he has laid the groundwork upon which many aspiring engineers continue to build their knowledge and passion. Through his teachings, complex ideas become clearer, and curiosity is transformed into understanding. 🧠

Beyond the classroom, his service as College Secretary reflects his dedication to the academic community, ensuring that systems run smoothly and that students are supported in their journey every step of the way. ✨

The CFOS AV Hall lit up last April 22 as 𝐎𝐔𝐧𝐂𝐄𝐒 took part in 𝓜𝔁. 𝓞𝓤𝓷𝓒𝓔𝓢 2026 for this year’s 𝑪𝑼𝑳𝑻𝑼𝑹𝑨𝑳 𝑪𝑼𝑷, where confidence, purpose, and expression took center stage. 💫💥

The afternoon opened with a powerful 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, setting the tone for a showcase where every presence already spoke volumes. 🔊🎤

This was followed by the 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, where candidates brought their skills to life. Each performance reflecting not just ability, but identity and intent. 🎭🎙
