The first day commenced with a ๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ, setting a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for the entire event. Participants carried colorful balloons and rainbow flags, creating a rainbow-like display that symbolized ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐, ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ ๐ข๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ. The parade served as an opening statement of the eventโs commitment to creating a space where every participant could feel seen, respected, and included.
Following the parade, participants were organized into ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ-๐๐จ๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฌ, bringing together members from different organizations and backgrounds. The activity encouraged interaction and collaboration beyond organizational boundaries.

The second day brought together the participants once again, this time joined by representatives from ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ง๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ (๐๐๐๐) ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ณ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ก๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐ฌ๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐๐ข๐ฉ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐๐ฅ๐๐จ๐๐ฅ. The expanded participation allowed the program to extend its objectives beyond the university community and provide young leaders from different educational institutions with opportunities for learning and collaboration.
The day featured ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ๐ฌ held at the ๐.๐. ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ, attended by selected student leaders from CTU โ Moalboal Campus and CTU โ Malabuyoc Campus, together with participating secondary school student leaders. The sessions were facilitated by ๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ฒ. ๐๐๐ข๐ฅ ๐๐๐ข๐ณ๐ and ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฆ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐๐ฌ๐, who provided guidance and practical insights relevant to project development, organizational work, and leadership responsibilities.
The participants gained knowledge on the development and presentation of project proposals, particularly the importance of identifying relevant concerns, establishing clear objectives, developing appropriate activities, and creating sustainable initiatives that respond to the needs of the community. The discussions also emphasized the importance of effective planning and responsible implementation in transforming ideas into meaningful projects.
At the same time, selected student leaders participated in a separate ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ณ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ facilitated by the ๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ held on ๐๐๐ 207. The session focused on essential documentation and administrative skills necessary for effective student governance. The workshop provided student leaders with practical knowledge on proper documentation, organizational procedures, accountability, and appropriate mechanisms for addressing student concerns. Through these discussions, the participants were encouraged to practice responsible leadership and ensure that organizational actions are guided by proper procedures, transparency, fairness, and respect for due process.
The two-day program culminated in ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, where participating teams were presented with different scenarios involving ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐๐ซ-๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐๐ฌ. Each team was challenged to analyze the given situation, develop an appropriate response, and present the scenario through roleplay.
The competition served as both a creative activity and a practical application of the lessons discussed throughout the program. Beyond Pridenovation 2026 concluded as a meaningful two-day gathering that brought together student leaders, organizations, and young people from different campuses and educational institutions. Through its plenary discussions, interactive activities, leadership workshops, organizational training, and SituAction roleplay competition, the program created opportunities for learning, collaboration, self-expression, and advocacy.
The event ultimately emphasized that inclusivity is not only about recognizing differences but also about creating spaces where diverse voices are heard, leadership is strengthened, and every individual is empowered to contribute. Through the collective participation of the CTU community and partner student organizations, Beyond Pridenovation 2026 became a meaningful step toward building a more inclusive, resilient, and empowered generation of young leaders.
