Empowering Future Criminologists Through Knowledge!

The Career Guidance and PCAP COGS Re-Orientation was a successful and meaningful learning experience for our criminology students, made possible through the unwavering support of Blancia College Foundation Incorporated, Chief Executive Officer, Madam Encarnacion O. Blancia, whose commitment to academic excellence and student development continues to inspire the BCFI community.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our distinguished resource speakers, Dr. Rowell B. Pallega, PCAP Regional Governor, and Col. Fernando Gregorio, PCAP Regional 9 Auditor, for sharing their expertise and inspiring our students through an informative discussion on Career Guidance, the Philippine Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP), the Council of Good Students (COGS), and the organization's programs, plans, and activities.
