This is how University President Dr. Nancy T. Pascual sees women lead, not by seeking mere recognition, but by creating active spaces where every woman can innovate and thrive. Leadership is not defined by authority alone, but by a heart guided by fairness and the courage to uplift others. It is about ensuring that institutions serve as the foundation for a gender-equal society.

When institutions intentionally empower women to lead with heart, they don't just brighten individual futures; they help build a more equitable world for everyone.

Today, the URS community proudly wears purple to support gender equality, respect, and empowerment. Together, we stand for a campus where everyone is valued, heard, and treated with dignity and respect.
Let this day remind us that promoting equality and inclusivity is not just about the color we wear; it is a commitment we uphold every day.
