Last Monday, the group behind the study “Environmental Challenges and Resilience of Boatmen (Bangkero) in Binangonan”, led by Louize Alejandra Rianzares with members Kent De Leon, Timothy Gregorio, and Mon Salamante, successfully defended their thesis during the Thesis Defense Proper of BHS IV-B1.

Their work shed light on the environmental challenges and resilience demonstrated by boatmen (bangkero) in their daily lives.

Last Monday, the group behind the study “Mindfulness and Mental Health of Older Adults”, led by Ciara Lyn Cruz with members Juliet Umali, Jolly Libanan, Jodelyn Pillas, and Trisha Dela Cruz, successfully defended their thesis during the Thesis Defense Proper of BHS IV-B1.

Their work provided meaningful insights into how mindfulness practices can support the mental well-being of older adults.
