ส. แดสษช๊ฑแดษชแดษด สแดส แด. ๊ฑแดแดแด of the Information Systems Institute, bearing the institute's commitment to community empowerment and youth development, has conducted a series of extension program visits across three partner schools in Nueva Ecija and Pangasinan. Each visit highlighted a unique project designed to uplift learners, strengthen school systems, and foster resilience among students.
The day began at ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ โ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฃ๐๐ โ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐๐ โ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐, where ๐ซ๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ธ๐ ๐ป๐ธ๐๐

The program brought forward meaningful conversations and interactive activities centered on promoting emotional well-being, student support system, and delivery of ICT training/seminar. Through Project HEART, students were given a safe space to reflect and connect with peer and guidance counselors through the Peer Guidance and Counseling App.
Dr. Seco then traveled to ๐๐๐ โ๐ ๐ข๐ฆ๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฃ๐ช ๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ in Lupao, Nueva Ecija, the site of ๐ซ๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ธ๐ ๐ฎ๐ถ๐๐

This initiative focuses on strengthening the schoolโs digital backboneโlaying out network resources that empower teachers, streamline school operations, and open new opportunities for digital learning. During the visit, Dr. Seco worked closely with school personnel to assess the effects of recent devastation of Typhoon Uwan and ensure a smooth rollout of the infrastructure upgrades that SanRISE would assists to deliver.
The final stop was ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ค๐ โ๐๐ฅ๐ช โ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐๐ โ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐, where preparations are underway for the December 2025 full implementation of ๐ซ๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ธ๐ ๐๐๐๐น๐๐ถ๐

Through this project, the school aims to better understand studentsโ emotional patterns using a structured, technology-assisted system. Dr. Secoโs visit, as assisted by his Capstone Advisees, Mr. Sigmond Petralba and Mr. Teddy Baquiran Jr., focused on coordination, initial assessments, and aligning stakeholders for the upcoming implementation phase.
Across all three sites, Dr. Secoโs presence underscored CLSUโs dedication to fostering holistic, technology-driven, and community-centered development. The dayโs visits reflected how thoughtful engagement, digital empowerment, and emotional wellness can come together to create stronger, more resilient learning communities.
