𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | The 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 has officially transferred the collection and oversight of 𝗦𝘆𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 to the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗜). This update 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝟵𝟬𝟬𝟭:𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗨𝗡-𝗤𝗔 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀, specifically addressing observations during previous external audits.

Accordingly, all 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗤𝗜 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘀 are directed to utilize the updated form in syllabus review activities and to 𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀, 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘀 to the 𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗜 via the designated Google Drive Folder. ANNOUNCEMENT | New Graduation Set-up for the 74th Annual Commencement Exercises

Attention, Graduands!

As we approach this monumental milestone, please take note of important changes to this year’s graduation format.

Upon the recommendation of the Council of Deans and approval of the Academic Council, the 74th Annual Commencement Exercises, will be adopting college-based holding of graduation exercises which include the hooding ceremony and awarding of diplomas, academic honors and special awards, featuring dedicated Guest Speakers for each ceremony.

Prior to the College Graduation, the Ecumenical Baccalaureate Service and Conferment Ceremony will be conducted.

This new set-up aims to create a more personalized and meaningful experience, allowing parents and guardians to share in one of the most significant moments of the graduands’ journey as they are now permitted to join them on stage during the awarding of diplomas.

𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗜 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗡𝗘𝗥 | The 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 (𝗢𝗩𝗣𝗔𝗔), in coordination with the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗜) and the 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗤𝗔𝗢), introduced the establishment of the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗖𝗤𝗜) 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 as part of CLSU’s ongoing efforts to streamline curricular quality assurance processes.

The Program CQI Committee shall serve as the central body responsible for the review and alignment of syllabi, Tables of Specifications (TOS), and curricula, consolidating functions that were previously managed by various committees in each curricular program and for each GE course including the NSTP. The Committee is responsible for verifying that all curricular changes are evidence-based, responsive to CQI findings, and compliant with University and CHED requirements.

The Central Luzon State University (CLSU), through the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) and the Career Development and Employment Services Unit (CDESU), successfully brings together graduating students, alumni, and industry partners for the Annual Job Fair at the CLSU Multi-Purpose Hall.

The activity aims to bridge the gap between future professionals and reputable employers by providing direct access to local and overseas job opportunities. It also serves as a platform for participating companies to discover skilled and future-ready CLSU graduates while allowing students and alumni to explore various career paths and understand current industry demands.

Several companies from the agriculture, finance, food service, education, manpower, and corporate sectors participated in the event, including RDF Feed, Livestock & Foods Inc., Philchema, Inc., Easy Bio Philippines, Biostadt Philippines, Inc., Charoen Pokphand Foods Philippines Corporation, Aboitiz Foods Group, PHINMA Araullo University, and Vitarich Corporation, among many others.

Through initiatives like this, CLSU continues to strengthen its commitment to career development, industry collaboration, and employment opportunities for every CLSUan.

Theme:
“Building Research Capacity for Food Security: Innovating Solutions for Sustainable Systems”

We are looking for two (2) graduate students to represent CLSU at the forum. The participation of the two selected nominees will be funded by the University Consortium.

We invite graduate faculty members and students to attend the online UC Infosession on May 20, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM (GMT +8). During the session, the UC Secretariat will discuss available student and faculty grants, annual activities, and collaborative opportunities among UC member institutions.
