The EDUCATORS the SUPREME EPSILONIANS, PHILIPPINES, The Phi Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and Lambda Alpha Epsilon Sorority, Philippines, an National Honorary Society for Agricultural Education was founded on February 23, 1953 at the Central Luzon Agricultural College now called (Central Luzon State University) in the Science City of Munoz, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. The story of its founding members determined men set the stage for the growth and success of one of the country’s agricultural fraternal organizations. The history of the Fraternity reflects the times, through great wars and profound cultural shifts. Throughout the decades, the men of Phi Alpha Epsilon and Lambda Alpha Epsilon have practiced their values and embraced the stated desire of the Founders, “This Fraternity will be different.”
It was the vision that enabled them in the school year 1953, more specifically the day of February 23, on the campus of Central Luzon Agricultural College, College of Agriculture now the Central Luzon State University, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, to sow the seed of a fraternal tree whose fruit is available to, when this fraternal organization was introduced in the said College some interested student joined. Recruitment and initiations were done secretly because the fraternity is still unrecognized by the government institution during that period.
The old and the first emblem of the brotherhood was established as the official logo of the fraternal organization during 1953.
