Yesterday’s session brought inspiring insights from two remarkable women of CLSU. Dr. Gella Abella delivered an enlightening lecture on Environment, Natural Resources, and Climate Change, emphasizing the crucial role of science and innovation in building resilient communities. This was followed by Professor Emeritus Ma. Excelsis Orden, who shared her expertise on Research Proposal Writing, guiding our DPYSP Luzon Batch 2 mentees toward stronger and more impactful research. Truly, a day filled with wisdom, empowerment, and meaningful learning.

Day 10 Highlights!

DPYSP Luzon Batch 2 kicked off the day with an insightful orientation led by Dr. Aldrin Badua, Director of the CLSU Extension Program, right at the Techno Village Demo Area. His guidance set the tone as we explored how CLSU brings science, technology, and community development together.

From there, the team headed to one of the Techno Village sites in Cabisuculan, Science City of Muñoz, where our mentees experienced firsthand the innovations transforming agriculture and rural livelihoods.

A huge thank you to the CLSU University Extension Program Office for making this meaningful immersion possible.

Together, we continue empowering the youth to champion AANR innovations!
