Sixty-two years ago today, the Central Luzon Agricultural College (CLAC) was transformed into Central Luzon State University (CLSU) through Republic Act No. 4067, a defining moment in our history that elevated a humble farm school into a premier institution of higher learning.

Here's a special message from University President Dr. Evaristo A. Abella as we commemorate this historical milestone:

“As we celebrate the 62nd Universityhood Anniversary of CLSU, we honor a legacy built on excellence, innovation, and service.
For more than six decades, CLSU has transformed lives, empowered communities, and contributed to nation-building through education and research.

Today, as we embrace new opportunities and developments, we look forward to a future of greater impact and wider horizons. Yet amid this growth and transformation, one thing remains unchanged: our students continue to be the heart and soul of the university.

Together, let us celebrate our past, embrace our future, and continue soaring to greater heights, guided by our legacy and driven by our commitment to every Sielesyuan.

Happy 62nd Universityhood Anniversary, CLSU!”
