CONGRATULATIONS to our very own
FO1 RICHARD ALLAM
SIR CHAD is a pioneer lecturer of TATAK SPG. He was with Atty. SPG from the start and from the time the review program was officially offered. He was the Review Coordinator.
He is an innate achiever working in silence.
Sir Chad is a product of Taguig City Univeristy where he graduated as CUM LAUDE from the College of Criminology. He was indeed the top of his class and was even the student of Atty. SPG where he got a grade of flat 1.00 in Criminal Law and to almost all of his subjects.
When he took the CLE, it was believed that he was among top 15 since his average is point one difference only to the 10th placer by having an average of 88.65%. His highest score was in CLJ where he got 92%. His mentor was Atty. SPG.
It was at TCU also where he took his Master of Science in Criminal Justice. By this time he did not stop being an achiever. He received the BEST IN THESIS AWARD in their commencement Exercise.
He joined the Academe and became college instructor. This paved the way for him being appointed as Program Head of OLIVAREZ COLLEGE (Parañaque City), College of Criminology. It was during his titulege that OC had a substantial increase in the passing rate in CLE.
He continued to further his knowledge and became a certified Questioned Document and Ballistics Expert by attending several trainings and certification programs.
He was then invited as Program Head of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa. Simultaneously, he was also giving lectures in different review centers nationwide.
He did not stop from striving and chasing his dreams- an achiever indeed.
Now, he is a member of Bureau of Fire Protection.
YOUR TATAK SPG FAMILY IS VERY VERY PROUD OF YOU SIR CHAD.
