Vision

The Institute of Integrated Development Education of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa is an interdisciplinary academic institute that aspires to be a major catalyst in the field of education. Through innovative teaching, impactful research, and meaningful social engagement, the Institute paves the way for the academic excellence and int

egral formation of globally competitive individuals who will be agents of positive change, global development, sustainability, and social justice to address the challenges of the contemporary world. Mission

To realize its vision, the Institute of Integrated Development Education will:

1) Oversee the implementation of an institutional curriculum framework that would reflect the educational philosophy and goals of the university, as well as the aspirations of the city, to allow for the holistic formation of students;

2) Ensure the rigorous delivery of core courses in various academic domains and disciplines through the development of the content, teaching methodologies, and materials which are crucial to learning;

3) Provide the much needed supervision, training, and foundation for students under the university’s honors and standard programs to yield excellent results in eligibility and employment requirements for various professions and careers;

4) Spearhead the creation of new academic programs for the university to further serve students and the larger community.

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗯𝘆𝗲, 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 - Ms. Resha Ferrer

The 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘-𝗙𝗢) served as the student body that represented all first year board programs of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa. From the very beginning, the organization stood as a safe space for growth, learning, and service. It was built not only to lead, but to listen, to support, and to walk with freshmen students as they took their first steps in college life.

With the conclusion of the 𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘-𝗙𝗢, this chapter comes to a close, but its impact remains. The late nights, shared efforts, small victories, and even the challenges shaped us into more responsible and compassionate individuals. We extend our deepest gratitude to all 𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 who stood with the organization through the years. Our sincere appreciation also goes to the 𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘-𝗙𝗢 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 led by the past Executive Presidents, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗗𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗼 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗮𝘀 for A.Y. 2023 - 2024, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗞𝗲𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗶 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗼𝘀 for A.Y 2024 - 2025, and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗗𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗼 for A.Y. 2025 - 2026. We likewise express our heartfelt appreciation to the past IIDE-FO advisers, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗵 for A.Y. 2023 - 2024 and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗿 for A.Y. 2024 - 2026, for their guidance, patience, and steady support.

Our appreciation is also given to our past Deans, 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝘁. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗚. 𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗮 for A.Y. 2022 - 2023 and 𝗗𝗿. 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗲 𝗟. 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗼 for A.Y. 2023 - 2026, whose leadership helped shape the direction, values, and growth of the Institute. As this chapter comes to an end, the Institute moves forward with gratitude, pride, and hope, carrying the spirit of IIDE and IIDE-FO wherever future paths may lead.

To everyone who walked with us, seen and unseen, thank you for believing, supporting, and growing with us. This may be the end of a chapter, but it is not the end of the story. While the institute and organization now rests, its spirit continues to live on in every student it touched, in the values we shared, and in the dreams we carry forward. What we built together will remain through the people who believed, the lessons learned, and the journey we became part of together.

This Christmas season reminds us that the true spirit of the holidays is found in 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. It is a time to pause, reflect, and extend kindness to those around us, especially to those who may be in need of comfort, hope, or support. Amid the celebrations and busy days, may we not forget the true meaning of Christmas and the values it teaches us: generosity, empathy, and togetherness.

On 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, the 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘-𝗙𝗢) successfully conducted the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵: 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺. As Christmas Day approaches, the activity shared hope, kindness, and compassion with those in need. This outreach aimed to extend help to the community and remind everyone of the true meaning of service, unity, and bayanihan.

Through the generous support of many, a large number of donations were gathered and distributed in selected areas of 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝘂𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻. Because of this collective effort, the program was able to reach not only homeless individuals but also hardworking tricycle drivers and other members of the community who continue to serve despite daily challenges. Each donation, whether big or small, became a source of comfort, hope, and encouragement.

The project was led by 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗧. 𝗙𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗼, 𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘-𝗙𝗢 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, with 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗕. 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗶𝗹, 𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘-𝗙𝗢 𝗔𝗩𝗣 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, serving as 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱, together with the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 composed of 𝗠𝗮. 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗔. 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗺, 𝗕𝗮𝗶 𝗞𝗿𝗲𝘇𝘇𝗶𝗮𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗗. The official 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 are now released. Make sure to check your block’s exam date, time, and room number. Mark them clearly on your calendar so you will not miss anything important.

To help you get ready, here are simple reminders to guide you:

🗓️ 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲. Know your exam date, time, and assigned room. This helps you avoid confusion on the exam day.

🗒️ 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻. You cannot take the exam without a scantron sheets. Prepare it early so you will not panic on the day.

🧾 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲. Do not fold, wet, or damage your scantron sheet. Store it flat in a folder to avoid problems during checking.

✏️ 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗹 𝟮 𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆. Scantron sheets read pencil marks. Always use Mongol 2 for clear and correct shading.

⏰ 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝟯𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺. This gives you time to find your room, prepare your things, relax your mind, and avoid being late.

📚 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱. Do not wait for the last minute. Study in advance so you can understand your lessons better and feel more confident.

🛏️ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺. A good sleep helps your mind stay focused and calm during the test.

🙏 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗺. Take a moment to pray for guidance, peace, and a clear mind. A calm heart helps you think better.

✔️ 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. Do not cheat or copy answers. True success comes from your own hard work. Be honest, be responsible, and be proud of your own effort.

𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬: 𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘-𝗙𝗢 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡! 🏠 🤍

The 𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is undertaking an outreach program in the spirit of the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 to support our homeless communities. This project aims to build awareness and extend help to those who need it most. Through teamwork and compassion, we hope to strengthen our community and inspire meaningful action.

The collection of donations will be held from 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. We will accept any form of donation, including 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀, 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆, 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝘆𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝘀.

To uphold 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, we will provide 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 by showing how the donations were distributed, where the funds went, and what items were purchased using monetary donations.

The distribution of donations will take place on 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, in selected areas in 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝘂𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻 (𝘚𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘳𝘴, 𝘉𝘳𝘶𝘨𝘦𝘳, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘔𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘢𝘭 𝘏𝘢𝘭𝘭).

We encourage all IIDE students to give what they can. Whether it is pre-loved items, daily essentials, or anything you wish to share, your generosity can offer comfort and hope to those who need it most. Every donation, big or small, creates a meaningful impact.

Let's dedicate this special day to remember and pray for our loved ones who have passed away. Let us take this day to give thanks for their love and teachings and cherish their memories in our hearts through faith and remembrance.

As we light candles and say our prayers, may they feel that our love for them never fades. Though our loved ones are no longer with us, may their guidance and care continue to live within us. May this day help us reflect on how to value each moment we once spent with them, show our love openly, and live each day with thankfulness and faith.

Today, we are celebrating All Saints' Day, a special day to honor the lives of all the saints who have lived with love, faith, and devotion. This day reminds us to follow their good example of humility and kindness. As we light candles and offer our heartfelt prayers, may we take a moment to remember the goodness that the saints have shared with us and let their light continue to inspire us to live with compassion, hope, and faith each day.

𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗛𝗠𝗘𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗘𝗥𝗘: 𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦, 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔, 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗛 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧! 🎥✨ – 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗜𝗜 (𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻)

The excitement continued in the afternoon session of the 𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆, where the energy and enthusiasm of IIDE students shone even brighter! Held at the 𝗣𝗟𝗠𝘂𝗻 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺, the session brought together students from the 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 (𝗕𝗦𝗣𝘀𝘆) and 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 (𝗕𝗦𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺) programs. Carrying the theme “𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘩𝘮𝘦𝘯 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘦𝘳𝘦: 𝘓𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴, 𝘊𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘢, 𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘩 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵!” — it was a day that celebrated creativity, connection, and community.

The session opened with a warm welcome from 𝗗𝗿. 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗲 𝗟. 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗼 (Dean, the Institute of Integrated Development Education), followed by motivational messages from 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼 𝗗. 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗝𝗿. (Dean, College of Criminal Justice), 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗔. 𝗔𝗺𝗶𝗼𝗻 (Dean, College of Arts and Sciences), and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗟𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗚. 𝗝𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗮 (Dean, Student Affairs and Director, Center for Culture and the Arts). Their uplifting messages inspired everyone to pursue excellence, discipline, and teamwork both inside and outside the classroom.

𝗠𝘀. 𝗔𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮, University Student Council - Student Regent, once again moved the audience with her heartfelt message on leadership and growth. Meanwhile, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗞𝗲𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗶 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗼𝘀, former IIDE-FO Executive President '24-'25 and USC - CTE Representative and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗼, former IIDE-FO Executive Vice President '24-'25 and USC - CAS Representative, shared inspiring insights that reminded students to lead with passion, purpose, and confidence.

The 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘, led by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗗𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗩. 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗼, Executive President of IIDE-FO, featured the 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 (𝗔.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱), the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘-𝗙𝗢 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗔.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲), the 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, and the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀, showcasing the institute’s achievements and upcoming goals.

Closing the session with heartfelt appreciation, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗠. 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗿, Adviser of the IIDE - Freshmen Organization, expressed her gratitude to everyone who made the event a success and reminded students to continue carrying the IIDE spirit with pride and purpose.

Hosted by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗧. 𝗙𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗼 and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗝 𝗕. 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗶𝗹, the event maintained its enthusiasm and lively atmosphere from beginning to end, keeping the audience entertained and engaged.

Throughout the event, students continued to enjoy the booths prepared by the IIDE-FO officers, adding more fun and connection to the event.

The afternoon concluded with thrilling student performances that filled the gym with cheers, laughter, and unforgettable moments — truly capturing the heart of what it means to be part of 𝗜𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲! ⭐💚
