Please be informed that the official qualifications for any student running for Batch Representative under the College of Arts and Sciences Student Council (CASSC) are strictly based on Article VIII, Section 1 of the Revised Constitution and Byโ€‘Laws of the College of Arts and Sciences-Student Council.

To be eligible to run, a candidate must meet ALL of the following requirements:

1. Must be a bona fide student of the Institute/College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and have at least one (1) year of residency in any of its programs;

2. Must consistently demonstrate the qualities of commitment, responsibility, empathy, courage, integrity, and perseverance;

3. Must NOT hold any major position in other student organizations;

4. Must have a Grade Weighted Average (GWA) of 2.0 or higher;

5. Must secure a recommendation from at least one (1) member of the CAS Faculty; and

6. Must NOT have any pending disciplinary case filed with the Office of Student Affairs.

Required Documents:

Prepare and submit the soft copies of the following:
1. Certificate of Enrollment (COE) and Certificate of Grades (COG) issued in the Registrar's Office;
3. Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV);
4. Recommendation Letter from a CAS faculty; and
5. Letter of Intent (LOI) addressed to CAS Student Council.

These standards apply to all students aspiring to become Batch Representatives!
