𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙀𝙣𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 (𝙄𝙉𝙇𝙀𝙏) 2025: 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙜𝙚. 𝙀𝙡𝙚𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙚. 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡.
The Lyceum of Alabang successfully conducted the College Instructional Learning Enhancement and Training (INLET) last November 29, 2025, bringing together faculty members in a unified commitment to instructional excellence, academic integrity, and continuous professional growth. The training served as a timely reminder of the importance of accuracy, relevance, and accountability in teaching and assessment, reaffirming the institution’s dedication to delivering quality, standards-driven, and future-ready education.
The training focused on strengthening institutional alignment, enhancing academic systems, and translating standards into practice through concise, faculty-centered discussions:
• 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝘼𝙄 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 by Dr Edwin De Guzman, Guest Speaker
• 𝙐𝙥𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 from the Finance and Accounting Department
• 𝙏𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙄𝙩𝙄𝙣 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 led by the ITM Department
• 𝙐𝙥𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 from the Human Resource Development Office
• 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤n 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 by the College of Education
As the training concluded, INLET 2025 left more than insights, it renewed purpose. With strengthened systems, aligned practices, and a shared vision for excellence, the Lyceum of Alabang moves forward reminded that when educators engage with intention, elevate with integrity, and excel together, meaningful and transformative learning follows.
