Leadership is not about the authority we hold, but the compassion we show. May we never invalidate the feelings of others or forget the limitations of our positions. True leadership means listening with humility, respecting boundaries, and serving with a Christ-centered heart.

This Sabbath, may we be reminded that leadership is a calling to serve, not a license to invalidate others. Lead with grace, respect with sincerity, and let Christ be our example in everything we do.

May our leadership reflect not only our commitment to service but also the character of the One we serve.

Ministry was never a competition. We are not called to prove who can do more, shine brighter, or receive the most recognition. We are called to serve faithfully, rest when we need to, and use whatever God has entrusted to us for His purpose.

Your service may look different from others, but it is still valuable when it is done with a sincere heart.

Happy Sabbath, everyone!

May we find rest not only from our responsibilities, but also from the pressure to compare.

Introducing the Core Officers of the Council of Organization Leaders (COLE) for Academic Year 2026โ€“2027.

With humility, responsibility, and a sincere commitment to service, Debriel Jade C. Povar, Chairman, and Princess Gale B. Fabila, Secretary, accept the responsibility entrusted to them to serve the council and its member organizations.

May their leadership be marked not by position, but by service, cooperation, and a willingness to listen and learn as they work alongside the leaders of our campus organizations.

Together in service. United in purpose.

A night where leadership was ignited and hearts were dedicated to a greater purpose. ALAB 2026 gathered our student organization leaders as they embraced their calling to lead with integrity, serve with compassion, and serve like Jesusโ€”with humility, love, and a heart for others.

May the flame of leadership kindled continue to burn brightly throughout their journey of service.

As the week comes to a close, may we remember that leadership is not only about what we do, but the heart behind why we serve.

Tonight, let the work rest. Let the plans wait. Let God renew the heart that chose to lead, serve, and show upโ€”even when no one was watching.

Happy Sabbath, Leaders. May we return renewed, grounded, and ready to lead again.

A Voice to Ignite the Flame of Leadership

Every meaningful gathering needs a voice that does more than speakโ€”it challenges, inspires, and reminds us why we chose to lead.

The Council of Organizational Leaders (COLE) of Central Philippine Adventist College is honored to welcome Mr. Xy V. Rodriguez, Vice-President of ASLA Philippines, as the Guest Speaker for the Induction & Dedication Ceremony of COLE.

As student leaders step into a new chapter of responsibility, his presence adds depth to a night centered on purpose, commitment, and service. His words are expected to become more than a messageโ€”they are an invitation to look beyond the title, beyond the position, and toward the responsibility that comes with being entrusted to lead.

Under the theme โ€œALAB 2026: Called to Lead, Committed to Serve,โ€ may this gathering kindle a flame that does not fade when the ceremony ends, but continues to burn in every decision, every act of service, and every life touched through leadership.

Tonight, we listen.
Tonight, we learn.
Tonight, we are reminded why we lead.

Welcome, Mr. Xy V. Rodriguez, and thank you for being part of ALAB 2026.

Where Calling Meets Commitment

There comes a moment when leadership is no longer simply a position to hold, but a calling to embrace.

On August 21, 2026, the Council of Organization Leaders (COLE) of Central Philippine Adventist College gathers for its Induction & Dedication Ceremonyโ€”a defining moment for student leaders who have chosen to step forward, serve with purpose, and lead beyond titles.

Under the banner of โ€œALAB 2026: Called to Lead, Committed to Serve,โ€ these leaders are reminded that true leadership is not measured by the authority one carries, but by the lives one chooses to influence, the responsibilities one willingly bears, and the service one offers when no recognition is promised.

Tonight, they stand not merely as organization leaders, but as stewards of a shared mission. Different organizations. Different gifts. Different stories. Yet one flame unites themโ€”the willingness to lead, the courage to serve, and the commitment to make leadership mean something.

As they take their place in the Council of Organization Leaders, may their leadership burn not for recognition, but for impact; not for position, but for purpose; and not merely for today, but for the people and communities they are called to serve.

This is more than an induction. This is a dedication. This is ALAB 2026.

Called to Lead. Committed to Serve.
