The ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (๐๐๐) is pleased to announce the implementation of the revised Detailed Activity Design (DAD) and Activity Accomplishment Report (ACRPT) Process, effective immediately.
The new process is designed to make activity documentation and monitoring more organized, efficient, and accountable through standardized procedures, document control codes, and improved monitoring and reporting.

All DAD and ACRPT requests must be initiated through their respective Google Request Forms.

Each request will automatically be assigned a unique Document Control Code, which will serve as the official reference number for the activity.

The approved DAD must be submitted to the Office of Monitoring and Evaluation before the implementation of the activity.

๐๐๐: Activities involving the collection or processing of personal or sensitive information will undergo a Data Protection Unit (DPU) Review to ensure compliance with data privacy requirements.

OME will generate and release the official ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐
๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ ๐๐ข๐ง๐ค (EEF) after the approved DAD has been recorded.
