Congratulations to the Bicol Region General Hospital and Geriatric Medical Center on the blessing and inauguration of the New Geriatric Specialty Center Complex.

Seeing a facility dedicated to the care of older adults become a reality is truly meaningful. It represents the shared vision of healthcare leaders, professionals, workers, and partners who recognized the growing needs of our senior citizens and worked together to create a place where they can receive the specialized care they deserve.

For us in nursing and health sciences education, this development is also a reminder of why we continue to prepare future healthcare professionals, to serve communities, respond to changing health needs, and contribute to a healthcare system that values every stage of life.

May this new center become a place where lives are improved, families find hope, healthcare professionals continue to grow, and meaningful partnerships flourish.

To our CSPC Top Management, former Deans of the College of Health Sciences, senior faculty members, CHS designees, regular faculty, COS faculty, full-time and part-time instructors, class advisers, student organizations, alumni, stakeholders, parents, guardians, benefactors, and all who became part of this achievement, my heartfelt gratitude.

Despite having fewer months for review and preparation, our graduates remained focused on their goal. Today, we celebrate the addition of 345 newly registered nurses to the nursing profession. This achievement reflects what can be accomplished when a community works together for the success of its students.

The College of Health Sciences continues to produce nurses who are ready to serve, lead, and make a difference wherever they may be called. This milestone belongs not only to those whose names appear on the list but also to the families, mentors, friends, and supporters who stood beside them every step of the way.

To our newly registered nurses, dedicate this achievement to your parents, your families, your loved ones, your teachers, your friends, and above all, to Almighty God who guided you through every challenge and every prayer.
