๐๐ข๐ก๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐จ๐๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ก๐ฆ | The Research and Development Services Office (RDSO) proudly congratulates Engr. Edna P. Montaรฑez and Dr. Edesa R. Saclag on the successful publication of their research studies, โChallenges of Students in the Era of Academic Disruption: The Case of a College in the Philippinesโ and โFitness and Recreational Activities of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Employees in the Philippines,โ respectively, in the International Journal of Educational Sciences (IJES), a Web of Science-indexed journal.
Engr. Montaรฑezโs study examined the challenges encountered by college students during the transition to flexible and online learning, highlighting issues related to technology access, workload, instructional delivery, and student motivation. Meanwhile, Dr. Saclagโs research explored the fitness and recreational activities of CSPC employees, emphasizing the benefits of physical activity on employeesโ physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being, as well as the importance of institutional support for workplace wellness.
This achievement reflects the dedication of our faculty researchers and reinforces CSPCโs commitment to meaningful and impactful research.
