The initiative forms part of the Memorandum of Agreement between TSU and the Commission on Higher Education in support of the ACHIEVE Agenda, particularly on vitalizing policies, internal systems, governance, and promoting efficient and effective public service.
Through this initiative, participating SUCs are expected to further enhance transparency, accountability, compliance, and sound institutional governance in higher education institutions.
