Pursuant to Administrative Memorandum No. 150, s. 2026, and in recognition of the successful completion of the 3rd Surveillance Audit and the continued maintenance of the College's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Certification, the BISCAST Community shall observe a Wellness Break on August 5 and 6, 2026.

All Job Order (JO) Personnel and Part-Time Instructors (PTIs) are hereby directed to observe a Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement on the said dates and shall submit a Certification of Work Accomplished upon resumption of regular work.

The Wellness Break is granted in recognition of the collective dedication, hard work, and commitment demonstrated by all officials, faculty, staff, and personnel in ensuring the successful conduct of the surveillance audit and in sustaining the College's Quality Management System.

GRADUATE SCHOOL ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
1st Semester, SY 2026–2027

📅 Examination Schedule
July 2026
Monday–Thursday (except holidays)
* Morning Session: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
* Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
📌 Note: The entrance examination lasts 2 hours.

📝 Application Process
Step 1. Complete the Online Application
Accomplish the online application form and upload the following required documents through the link below:

Upload:
* Scanned copy of the Transcript of Records (TOR)
* Personal Essay (250–500 words) describing your academic background, goals, and leadership qualities

Step 2. Pay the Entrance Examination Fee (₱100)
* Secure a payment slip from the Accounting Office.
* Pay the ₱100 Entrance Examination Fee at the Cashier’s Office.
Applicable to both Master’s and Doctoral applicants.

Step 3. Take the Entrance Examination
Report to the Graduate School Office on your preferred examination date for examination instructions.

Step 4. Submit the Physical Requirements
On the day of your examination, submit the following in a long brown envelope:
* Photocopy of the Transcript of Records (TOR)
* Original Birth Certificate
* Two (2) passport-size photographs
* One (1) valid ID

Step 5. Interview
A short interview will be conducted immediately after the entrance examination.
