Only students whose names appear on the list are required to submit documents. If your name is not included, kindly refrain from submitting.

The deadline for submission of the above-mentioned requirements is on or before January 19, 2026 (Monday). Failure to submit any of the required documents within the given period shall result in the delisting of the grantee.

SUBMISSION FOR TES 3B CLAIMS
BATCH: Batch 4 of 2023 and Batch 1 of 2024
DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION: JANUARY 20, 2026 (HARD COPIES)

Qualified TES graduates in Batch 4 AY 2023 and Batch 1 AY 2024 shall receive a maximum one-time reimbursement of eight thousand pesos (Php 8,000.00) only to cover the full or partial cost of taking their licensure examinations as stated in UniFAST Memorandum Circular No. 5 Series of 2023.

The following are the documentary requirements as stipulated in the MC No. 02 series of 2024 Amended TES Guidelines:

What is TES?
A grant-in-aid program that supports the full or partial cost of tertiary education of priority students in SUCs, CHED recognized LUCs and private higher education institutions (HEIs)

𝙀𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮
• Filipino Citizen
• NOT a recipient of any other national government funded scholarships like CHED Scholarships, Tulong Dunong Program (TDP), SMART Program, DOST Scholarship, etc.
• Meets the admission and retention policies of the SUC/LUC
• No previous undergraduate degree
• Not overstaying in the program (ex. 4 or 5 years + 1-year grace period)

Documentary Requirements:
- Certificate of Registration/Enrollment
- PWD ID (if applicable)

Prioritization for AY 2025-2026 and onwards:
1. Students under the most updated Listahanan for all SUCs, LUCs, Private HEIs, and PNSLs;
2. Students included in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), ranked according to household per capita income for all SUCs, LUCs, Private HEIs, including PNSLs; and,
3. The remaining slots are to be allocated to other poor students in Private HEIs with no SUC/LUC or PNSL, not included in the 1st and 2nd prioritization categories.

𝖭𝗈𝗍𝖾:
Submitting an application for TES does not guarantee eligibility or qualification, as it depends on meeting the required qualifications and the availability of funds; And only students who have uploaded all necessary documents and information will be considered for TES through the CHED UniFAST Portal.

Get to know more about the 𝖳𝖾𝗋𝗍𝗂𝖺𝗋𝗒 𝖤𝖽𝗎𝖼𝖺𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇 𝖲𝗎𝖻𝗌𝗂𝖽𝗒 (𝖳𝖤𝖲) 𝖯𝗋𝗈𝗀𝗋𝖺𝗆, which is a significant component of the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (RA 10931). It aims to provide financial assistance to eligible Filipino students pursuing tertiary education in public and private higher education institutions (HEIs) across the country.
TAKE NOTE: UniFAST HAS NOT ISSUED ANY CALL FOR TES APPLICATIONS IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-2025. This will only open upon the availability of funds or slots for new grantees, so please exercise caution with unofficial websites and social media pages circulating links or forms for TES applications. Walk-in or direct submission of TES applications at CHED-UniFAST offices is not accepted, as this procedure is conducted through the HEI where the student is currently enrolled.
