Good evening, everyone.
We would like to inform the student body that the refund process for the UNECS jerseys has been ongoing since last semester. Recently, we were able to recover a small amount from the supplier that initially failed to deliver the jerseys. However, these funds are still insufficient to cover all refunds.
To streamline the process and minimize inconvenience for STEP and ANSA, Ateneo COCS has designated itself to handle the refunds. While we have already issued some refunds, there are still remaining balances that we are unable to cover at the moment. To address this, we will be reaching out to the supplier once again to request the remaining funds.
We sincerely ask for your patience and understanding as we work towards completing all refunds. Please know that we are doing our best to resolve this matter, and we are closely coordinating with the Office of Student Affairs, as UNECS has a contract with the supplier to settle the outstanding balances.
If any urgent refund concerns arise, we will continue following up with the supplier to expedite the process. We truly appreciate your understanding and support, and we apologize for any delays in providing updates. We will keep you informed as we make progress.
