We kindly ask everyone to take note of the available yearbook editions before proceeding with their claim, and to coordinate with the BGSC Office for any concerns regarding yearbook claiming.

Please be guided by the yearbook claiming process to ensure a smooth and orderly transaction.

📍𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗙𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
Present a valid ID for verification. Make sure all outstanding balances are settled! Unpaid yearbook fees must be paid at the AMS office, and the official receipt submitted to the BGSC office.

Send an authorized representative with:
-A signed authorization letter
-A photocopy of your valid ID
-Their own valid ID for verification

Sign the transaction logbook and grab your copy.

𝗕𝗚𝗦𝗖 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝘅 (𝟲) 𝗖𝗖𝗧𝗩 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗧

BISCAST-Graduating Student Council proudly turns over the Batch 2026 Project: the donation of six (6) Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) units to Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology.

As we close this chapter and step forward as alumni, we recognize the importance of building and maintaining a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment for our fellow and future ASTeans. Through this initiative, we hope to contribute to a campus where every student can learn, grow, and thrive with greater peace of mind.

More than a donation, these six CCTV units are our expression of gratitude, our commitment to service, and our way of giving back to the institution that shaped our journeys and prepared us for the future beyond its halls. It is our humble way of ensuring that even as we leave these halls, our dedication to the welfare of the BISCAST community remains.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the GradASTeans for their support and cooperation in making this initiative possible.

𝐓𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭, 𝐓𝐨 𝐀𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to the Office of the President for this Commendation and Appreciation in recognition of the contribution of the BISCAST Graduating Student Council to the successful conduct of the 53rd Commencement Exercises.

This acknowledgment means a great deal to us, as it reflects the dedication, hard work, and commitment invested by the Council in serving our fellow GradASTeans. While our efforts were carried out simply as part of our duty and responsibility, we are deeply honored that they have been recognized and valued by the institution. This is also a testament to the leadership of Ms. Aira Mae Rata, President of the BISCAST-Graduating Student Council 2025-2026, whose commitment and passion for service continually inspired the Council to lead with purpose and integrity.

To our fellow GradASTeans, thank you for your trust, cooperation, and support throughout our journey of service. This recognition and appreciation inspire us to continue embodying the values of leadership, excellence, and service wherever our paths may lead.

Once again, congratulations, Class of 2026! May this milestone serve as a reminder of how far we have come and the limitless possibilities that lie ahead.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝟯𝟵 𝗕𝗚𝗦𝗖 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀!

After a year of collecting fees, disseminating information and reminders, and serving our fellow GradASTeans, we can finally say that we are now officially ASTean graduates!

Thank you for your service, dedication, and commitment throughout the year. Your efforts, whether seen or unseen, helped make the BISCAST- Graduating Student Council and GradASTean community stronger.

As we close this chapter, may we carry with us the lessons learned, the friendships built, and the memories we shared. Our journey was not always easy, and our term was far from perfect, but every challenge we faced helped us grow into better leaders and individuals.

Despite the obstacles and setbacks, we stood together and fulfilled our responsibilities as ASTean student leaders.

May this not be the end, but the beginning of greater opportunities ahead. Continue to lead, continue to serve, and continue to grow.
