CCN is formerly known as the Camarines Sur Community College (CSCC) established in July 1971. General supervision and funds management of CSCC was transferred to the City Government of Naga on March 2003. CSSC was converted into the Naga City Community College June 2012, and renamed City College of Naga December 2013.
