01-2024 MEMORANDUM

Declaring 8TH OF JULY as Local Council Anniversary of Alpha Kappa Rho Metro Naga Council.

Whereas: In accordance to the history of Alpha Kappa Rho in Naga City, 8th of July 1996 Metro Naga Council was organized at Dayangdang Chapter thru Bro. Randy Dulay, Bro. Harley Cristo etc. which Brod Eric Mendoza, Founder of Bagumbayan Chapter become the 1st Council GS.

Now Therefore, WE, Metro Naga Council Officers by virtue of the powers vested upon us by the Constitution and Bylaws of Alpha Kappa Rho International Humanitarian Service Fraternity and Sorority Inc. do hereby declare 8th of July as official date of AKP-METRO NAGA COUNCIL LOCAL FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY.

All chapters under Metro Naga Council is herby directed to be in one celebration of the council anniversary.
