Strengthening innovation-driven partnerships for sustainable enterprise development.
The successful Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing and Technology Transfer activity between Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology and Llomar Foods Enterprises was conducted on May 5, 2026, at Brgy. Paulog, Ligao City, Albay.
The agreement was formally signed by Dr. Charlie P. Nacario, President of BISCAST, together with Mary Jeil R. Martinez, with Engr. Joselito A. Ruadil serving as witness to the ceremonial signing.
In support of the initiative, the personnel of the Department of Science and Technology – Metals Industry Research and Development Center (DOST-MIRDC), headed by Nicole Ann Portia U. De Luna, together with Maybelyn R. Dorado, April Joyce A. Gabriel, Ismerald C. Serrano, and Regie M. Cinco, conducted R&D validation, consultation, and interviews aimed at strengthening the promotion and implementation of the technology transfer program.
The activity was facilitated and supported by Engr. Dominic P. Bolima, with the assistance of Engr. Mark Allen O. Estipona and Engr. Mary Therese T. Basco.
This milestone reflects the continuing commitment of BISCAST, DOST-MIRDC, DOST-CamSur, and industry partners in advancing research, innovation, and technology-based solutions that empower local enterprises and contribute to sustainable community development.
