What was meant to be a normal discharge turned into something no one expected. Isabelle, a young patient recovering from a mild illness, was found unresponsive just hours before going home.

On duty were Nurses Alli and Trish. Alli keeps her head down and follows the rules. Trish is quick, confident, and always trying to move up. In the middle of a busy shift, medication is given but not recorded — and from that moment, everything changes.
