Enrollment Period (UWES):
📅JANUARY 5 - JANUARY 10 GRADUATING (with advisement)
📅JANUARY 6 - JANUARY 10 UPPERCLASSMEN (with advisement)

ANNOUNCEMENT:

𝗧𝗼 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀,

Please be informed that for this semester’s enrollment, the RETSU kiosk, together with the Enrollment Help Desk, will be relocated near the Instructional Media Center (IMC) from July 29 to August 1, 2025.

If you are making onsite payments, kindly get your queue number at the RETSU kiosk before entering the IMC.

Enrollment Reminders for SY 25-26:
(1) Upperclassmen students paying for back accounts and initial enrollment fee will get queue numbers at the Xavier Hall and payments will be at IMC.
(2) Freshmen will have a special lane for payments in IMC. No need to get queue numbers. From CRO, they will go straight to IMC.
(3) Non-enrollment payments will be at the Treasurer's Office. No queue numbers in TO.
