The United Architects of the Philippines – Camarines Chapter, in partnership with the City of Naga (CEPPIO), the Nueva Caceres Heritage Movement, Incorporated (NCHMI), and the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – Camarines Sur Chapter, together with the Sentro ng Arkitekturang Pilipino (SAP) National, invites you to BALANGKAS: Naga City Heritage Conservation Symposium — a two-day gathering of policy, profession, and community around one theme: "Naga is the Heart: Building Resilience into the Soul of the City."

📍 2nd Floor Function Hall, PAGCOR Building, Balatas, Naga City
Day 1 – Policy and Governance: heritage legislation, comparative ordinances, and a stakeholder workshop mapping Naga's heritage priorities.
Day 2 – Technical Assessment Laboratory: hands-on sessions on reading heritage structures, non-destructive testing, and seismic retrofitting, led by our resource speakers.
