When these partnerships are well coordinated, they can expand access, improve quality, and help ensure that professional learning reaches every teacher.

Alex Eala has just created the biggest moment of her young career.

The 21-year-old Filipina stunned former world No. 1 and four-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2, to reach her first-ever WTA 500 final at the Mubadala DC Open.

But after the final point, it was not just the scoreline that mattered.
