Hello everyone, good day! Since the summer class is approaching, please fill out the attached form to indicate which program you would like to enroll in. Be sure to follow the alignment based on your degree. If you are a graduate of SPED, Science, English, Math, ECE, Filipino, etc., or if you have a document from college or a diploma showing you completed BEED, SPED, or BS Education in English, you can directly proceed to enroll in MAED SPED, English, etc. If not, please register under the Bridging Program.

If you are a second-course student and the PRC has determined your major as Math because your first degree was Engineering you still need to take the Bridging Course. If you graduated with an AB or BS in Psychology, you can directly proceed to MAED SPED.

This is the answer from a query: (see screenshot attched):

We have CHED recognition, signed by Dr. Biglete, Director IV, stating that WCI is authorized to offer SPED programs. Who told you that the school could be shut down? Please note that CHED does not have the authority to close schools; its role is to provide recommendations to colleges or universities to ensure compliance.

As for the diploma, it will be submitted to CHED along with the thesis book and a copy of the Transcript of Records (TOR) for the issuance of a Special Order (S.O.). Krystal Emperazzo wrote a letter to CHED inquiring about the legitimacy of online classes. CHED clarified that WCI is not an online school or college. Instead, we implement onsite instruction, with faculty having the autonomy to use various mediums or adopt a hybrid model. This is why all students are required to submit their physical documents to the college.

For your information, do not believe in fake news. Always look for evidence and be smart. If you don’t know how to interpret the information, seek advice from those with a background in implementing CHED programs. Ultimately, it is your decision, so don’t let others influence it negatively. Be mindful in shaping your journey for your future.
