The Office of the Campus Registrar (OCR) announces an important update regarding the submission and processing of document requests for the Provincial Scholarship Program (PSP).

๐Ÿ“Œ IMPORTANT REMINDER

Only one (1) representative per section/class shall proceed to the Office of the Campus Registrar (OCR) for the submission and processing of the scholarship document requests.

๐Ÿ“‹ LIST OF STUDENTS

For both requesting and claiming of documents, the class representative must provide a list of students, including their complete names and student numbers.

The list must be submitted to the Office of the Campus Registrar on or before 12:00 p.m. on 29 September 2026.

โฐ DEADLINE FOR REQUESTS AND LIST SUBMISSION

29 SEPTEMBER 2026 | 12:00 P.M.

โš ๏ธ Requests and student lists submitted after 12:00 p.m. will NOT be entertained.

The deadline is being implemented to give the Office of the Campus Registrar sufficient time to facilitate and process all requests.

All requested documents will be released on 30 September 2026.

โš ๏ธ CLAIMING OF DOCUMENTS

Only the designated class representative shall claim all requested documents for their respective section/class.

Individual students will NOT be entertained for the claiming of these documents.

The class representative shall provide/present the list of students with their complete names and student numbers as the basis for the release and claiming of the requested documents.

๐Ÿ“„ For the complete list of scholarship requirements, please coordinate with the ISPS Head, Mr. Marco V. Tibayan.

All concerned students are advised to coordinate with their respective class representative and ensure that the necessary requirements and student list are submitted within the prescribed deadline.

The previously announced schedule for the ID pictorial and signature capture has been postponed due to scheduled school activities.

๐Ÿ“Œ The new schedule is provided in this post. Students are advised to check the updated schedule and proceed to the Office of the Campus Registrar on their designated date and time.

The Office of the Campus Registrar informs all concerned students that the deadlines for the filing of the Leave of Absence (LOA) and Letter of Intent to Shift for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026โ€“2027 have been extended until 27 August 2026.

Last Day for Filing of:

Leave of Absence (LOA) โ€“ for all concerned students
Letter of Intent to Shift โ€“ applicable only to Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) and Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) students who failed the SATT and intend to shift to another degree program

The extension is being granted in view of the recent cancellation of classes, which affected the regular schedule of academic and administrative transactions.

๐Ÿ“Œ All concerned students are advised to submit their respective documents and requirements on or before 27 August 2026 to allow sufficient time for processing.
