Please be informed that there will be no office transactions today, 11 May 2026, and on 14 May 2026, in observance of the participation of faculty members and non teaching personnel in the University Games 2026 at CvSU Main Campus.

Concerned offices and personnel are required to attend the said activity in accordance with the memorandum issued by the Office of the Campus Administrator.

Regular office transactions will resume on 18 May 2026 (Monday).

📢 APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION 📢
🎓 Second Semester, Academic Year 2025 to 2026

The Office of the Campus Registrar announces the opening of the Application for Graduation for the Second Semester, Academic Year 2025 to 2026.

📌 Important Guidelines:

1️⃣ To qualify for graduation, students are required to secure and accomplish the Application for Graduation Form from their respective department chairperson. An updated copy of the curriculum checklist must be attached to the form for evaluation.

2️⃣ The deadline for submission is 26 March 2026. All completed application forms and curriculum checklists must be submitted to the department chairperson for initial evaluation. The department chairperson shall then endorse the duly accomplished forms and checklist to the Office of the Campus Registrar for final review.

3️⃣ Applications submitted after 26 March 2026 shall not be considered for graduation for the Second Semester, Academic Year 2025 to 2026.

Please be informed that TCP classes will formally start on 28 February 2026 (Saturday).

⏰ Class Schedule:
BEED 38 – 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
EDUC 75 – 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
EDUC 85 – 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

All TCP students are advised to be guided accordingly and come on time. Further announcements, if any, will be posted through official channels. Thank you.

Please be informed that ID pictorial and signature capture for students who lost their IDs and those who were not able to have their ID taken last semester will resume on Monday, 16 February 2026.

📄 For students who lost their IDs, an Affidavit of Loss is required and must be presented prior to the transaction.

All students are hereby advised of the updated registration schedule for the Second Semester, Academic Year 2025 to 2026.

Students are required to strictly follow their assigned registration schedules. Compliance will be strictly implemented to ensure an orderly and efficient registration process.

⚠️ Please note:
❌ No irregular students shall be entertained on January 28-29, 2026.

📅 Registration Schedule:
• Third Year (Regular) and Second Year (Regular) – January 28, 2026
• First Year (Regular) – January 29, 2026
• All Irregular Students, BSHM Fourth Year, BSBM Fourth Year – January 30, 2026
• TCP Students and Late Enrollees – February 2-6, 2026
