Step 1:

New and Transferee Students: Reprint your Notice of Admission (NOA) through the admission portal.

Continuing Students: Print your Certificate of Grades (COG) from the student portal.

Step 2:

New Students: Proceed to your registration adviser to secure your pre-registration form.

Transferees: Visit the Office of the Campus Registrar to obtain your evaluated checklist.

Continuing Students: Present your COG to your registration adviser for evaluation and secure your pre-registration form.

Step 3:
Submit your approved pre-registration form at the designated registration/assessment area.

๐Ÿ“ข ADVISORY | POSTPONEMENT OF SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS

In accordance with the Walang Pasok Advisory issued by the Municipality of Naic for Friday, 10 July 2026, due to the Enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) brought about by Typhoon Inday, the submission of requirements for incoming first-year students at the Office of the Campus Registrar, Cavite State University โ€“ Naic Campus, is hereby postponed.

The submission of requirements will resume on Monday, 13 July 2026, during regular office hours.

We encourage all incoming first-year students and their parents/guardians to monitor the official page of the CvSU Naic Campus Registrar's Office for further announcements.

๐ŸŽ“ FIRST SEMESTER ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE
Academic Year 2026 to 2027

The Office of the Campus Registrar hereby informs all concerned that the enrollment schedule for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026 to 2027 is now available.

๐Ÿ“… Please refer to the attached enrollment schedule for the designated enrollment dates by program and year level.

โš ๏ธ The enrollment schedule shall be STRICTLY IMPLEMENTED. Students are required to enroll only on their designated enrollment date based on their program and year level.

โŒ Students who report for enrollment on a date other than their assigned schedule will not be entertained or accommodated and must return on their designated enrollment date.

๐Ÿ“Œ Students who fail to enroll on their assigned schedule will only be accommodated on 10 August 2026 to 11 August 2026.

๐Ÿ“š Teacher Certificate Program (TCP) students may enroll from 10 August 2026 to 14 August 2026.

We encourage all students to follow the prescribed schedule to ensure a smooth, orderly, and efficient enrollment process.
